With the best view of the Mississippi River, will the new owners decide to reopen their 22nd floor as their once known Carousel restaurant, or have it be a banquette hall again? The General Manager of the InterContinental believes that if they do decide to reopen they will make it a banquette hall, and not a restaurant. For the rest of the hotel the owners have big plans for a first floor restaurant, that will require a new walkway making it more accessible for people to get to.
