On Monday, November 10th, Jonathan Sage-Martinson, the St. Paul’s new PED Director, joined us to talk about what 2014 has brought to the downtown area and what is coming up in 2015. He spoke about the four different types of development that are occurring in downtown including; housing, infrastructure, entertainment, and redevelopment.
